Requirements

PocaPal runs on iPhone with iOS 26.2 or later, iPad with iPadOS 26.2 or later, and Mac with macOS 26.2 or later. Syncing between devices and sharing need you to be signed in to iCloud.

Common questions

My collection isn't showing on my other device

PocaPal syncs through your own iCloud. On each device, check that you're signed in to the same Apple Account and that PocaPal is allowed to use iCloud (Settings › your name › iCloud). Then open PocaPal on Wi-Fi and leave it open for a minute; a large collection with many photos can take a while the first time.

I got a new phone. How do I get my collection back?

Sign in with the same Apple Account and open PocaPal: it knows you're a returning collector and brings your collection down from iCloud. You can also import a backup made in Settings › Backup & Export with Import Backup. Importing only adds what's missing: nothing already in your collection is changed or deleted.

How do I back up my collection?

iCloud keeps your collection safe across your devices. For a copy of your own, go to Settings › Backup & Export: a full backup with your pictures, one without them, or a spreadsheet (CSV) of what you own and what you paid, handy for insurance. Save it to Files or send it wherever you like.

How do I share something by link, and stop sharing it?

Open the card, album, event, set, playlist, photobook or your arena and tap Share: the first page is its link. Choose who can see it (people you invite, or anyone with the link, which is a Fanclub feature) and when it ends. To stop, open Me › Shared, or the end of the shared thing's page, and choose Stop Sharing. The shared copy is deleted, and the link stops working for everyone.

A shared link says it has ended

The person who shared it stopped sharing, the link reached its end date, or the thing was deleted. Ask them to share it again.

How do I restore the Fanclub?

The Fanclub is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, so it follows you to every device signed in to that account. If it doesn't show, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Your member number comes back with it.

How do I ask for a refund?

Purchases are made through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why can't I add Home Screen widgets?

Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets, the Live Activity and the Control Center controls are part of the Fanclub. The widgets on Home and Me inside the app are for everyone. Once you're a member, add them as usual: touch and hold the Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for PocaPal.

How do I delete my data?

Anything you delete in the app is removed from your devices and your iCloud. To remove everything, delete PocaPal's data in Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage. See the Privacy Policy for more, or write to us.
