PocaPal
Terms of Use
Effective 28 October 2026
In short: share only what is yours to share, and nothing sexual, hateful, violent or harassing. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: anything reported is looked at, links that break these rules are taken down, and the accounts that make them are blocked from sharing.
These terms are between you and Michael Kimberly Svrcek ("we", "us"), who makes the PocaPal app for iPhone, iPad and Mac ("PocaPal", "the app") and the website pocapal.mksvrcek.com. Your use of the app is licensed under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add the rules for what you share with other people. By sharing a link from PocaPal you agree to them.
What you share
PocaPal lets you share things from your collection by link: with people you invite through iCloud, or, as a Fanclub member, with anyone who has the link, who can open it on the website without the app. You are responsible for what you share, and a link for anyone can be seen by anyone it reaches.
Share only what you have the right to share. You keep whatever rights you have in it; you give us only the permission needed to store it in iCloud and show it to the people you share it with, for as long as the link is on.
What isn't allowed
Don't share, in a link, its title or anything in it:
- sexual content or nudity, and anything that sexualises a minor;
- content that is hateful or that attacks people for who they are;
- harassment, bullying, threats, or anything that encourages violence or self-harm;
- someone else's private information, or pictures of people shared to embarrass or hurt them;
- spam, scams, or links made to mislead, including pretending to be someone else or an official account;
- anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights, such as their photos passed off as yours.
Reports, removal and blocking
- Report. Anyone can report a share: in the app, from the shared thing's page, or on its web page. We look at every report and act on it within 24 hours.
- Removal. We take down links that break these rules, and may do so without notice.
- Blocking. An account that breaks these rules, or keeps sharing things that are reported, is blocked from sharing links with anyone. We may also end the links it has out.
- Block someone yourself. In the app you can block anyone who shares with you. Nothing they share shows in your PocaPal, and we're told so we can look at what they shared. You can unblock them in Me › Shared.
The Fanclub
The Fanclub is a one-time purchase made through the App Store, under Apple's terms. You can restore it on another device from Settings › Help & About › Restore Purchases.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update them here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
